Approach to business: to assemble and develop internal and external talent to help clients achieve their greatest performance potential. Talent development includes both individual and group development. Group development focuses upon developing relationships that serve/support high performance levels.

About the Managing Member
Hi, I am Ed Hampton . I am a Talent Development Mentor* with over 30 years of experience; including being active in two businesses currently. I have extensive applied experience via professional careers and have extensive formal study via a Masters Degree and teaching at the Masters Level.
My favorite areas are Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, and Team Development.
*I use the term "mentor" instead of terms like "coach", "consultant". etc. because I wish to give the impression that I am different. I choose "mentor" because I put the emphasis on relationship as do other coaches and consultants. However, in addition to bringing into play a very deep and extensive educated knowledge base, I also bring to bear my experience and connections. In regard to connections, I seek to connect you to both key people as well as crucial resources.
